yummy Healthy homemade traditional Maltese Ravioli
delicious super easy to prepare with the proper Maltese fresh tomato and kunserva source
ingredients:
Maltese ricotta 600g or Gbejniet👉 ( Maltese traditional cheese)
3 fresh garlic
2 beef Tomato
3 table spoon Kunserva ( Maltese tomato concentrated red pesto)
homemade dough or you can easily buy it from the baker shop
fresh basil leafs
one tea spoon of salt
Method👇
for the fresh tomato pesto in a saucepan add one table spoon of olive oil, add the garlic chopped along with the fresh chopped tomatoes, kunserva pesto, half a cup of still water and salt. cover and let it cook on a slow heat for 15 minutes
for the Ravioli open you dough cut the shape you prefer and add one table spoon of ricotta or Gbejniet Maltese cheese then fold and close into square shape
bring water to boil add your fresh ravioli and cook for 10 to 15 minutes max
ready to eat enjoy 😍
